CW Talent Group™ and its ticketing division, CWTix™, are committed to transparency, trust, and professionalism. Below you’ll find our official policies, terms, and conditions. These sections ensure clarity for artists, venues, promoters, and fans as we work together to grow the live music ecosystem.

Section 1: Terms & Conditions

When engaging with CW Talent Group™ or CWTix™, you agree to:

- Accurate Information: All forms, contracts, and submissions must be truthful and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in termination of services.

- Service Scope: CW provides artist management, tour planning, ticketing, and venue support. We do not guarantee performance outcomes, attendance levels, or revenue.

- Booking Agreements: All shows/tours booked via CW must be confirmed in writing and may require deposits or signed performance agreements.Use of CW

- Brand:
CW logos, badges (CW Verified Artist™, CW Official Partner™), and branding may not be used without prior written consent.

- Termination Rights: CW reserves the right to discontinue services with any artist, venue, or promoter who breaches these terms.

Section 2: Privacy Policy

CW Talent Group™ is committed to protecting personal data.

- Information We Collect: Contact details, booking forms, ticket purchases, fan memberships, and event attendance.

- How We Use It: To process bookings and ticket sales to communicate updates and confirmations to personalize Encore Club™ perks and fan engagement

- Data Protection: All information is securely stored and encrypted. We never sell personal data.

- Third-Party Services: Tools like Stripe, Square, and PassKit are used for payments and digital ticketing. Their policies apply in addition to CW’s.

Opt-Out: Fans and clients may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Section 3: Ticketing Terms (CWTix™)

Tickets purchased through CWTix™, the ticketing division of CW Talent Group™, are subject to the following terms and conditions:

- 3.1 Ticket Validity & EntryEach ticket is valid for one-time entry only. Once scanned at entry, tickets cannot be reused or revalidated. Entry is only granted with a valid digital or printed ticket issued by CWTix™.

- 3.2 QR Codes & Security Every CWTix™ ticket contains a unique QR code. QR codes cannot be duplicated, altered, or shared; doing so may result in denied entry. Venues reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone presenting an invalid or fraudulent QR code.

- 3.3 Resale & Transfers Unauthorized resale of CWTix™ tickets is strictly prohibited. CW Talent Group™ reserves the right to cancel tickets suspected of being resold on unauthorized platforms. Tickets may not be transferred without prior approval by CW or the event organizer.

- 3.4 Refunds & Exchanges Refunds are only issued in the event of cancellation, postponement, or a significant change to the event. Service fees, convenience charges, and handling fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. Exchanges may be permitted only if authorized by the event organizer and supported by the venue.

- 3.5 Venue & Entry Requirements Attendees must comply with all venue rules, including age restrictions, ID requirements, prohibited items, and security screenings. Venues reserve the right to deny entry or remove individuals for disorderly conduct, without refund. Seating (if applicable) is first-come, first-served unless otherwise specified.

- 3.6 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Tickets CWTix™ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets. Fans should ensure their digital tickets are accessible on their mobile device before arriving at the venue.

- 3.7 Liability CW Talent Group™ and CWTix™ are not liable for expenses or damages related to travel, lodging, or other costs incurred due to cancellations, delays, or denied entry. Responsibility for event quality, safety, and accessibility rests with the venue and promoter.

- 3.8 Customer SupportFans experiencing ticketing issues should contact support@cwtalentgroup.com prior to the event.On-site ticketing concerns should be directed to the venue box office or CW event staff when available.

Section 4: Disclaimers, Liability & Insurance

- Event Changes: CW Talent Group™ and CWTix™ are not responsible for changes due to weather, natural disasters, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.

- Safety: Attendees are responsible for their own safety and conduct at live events. CW is not liable for personal injury, lost items, or damages.

- Artist & Venue Liability: Artists are responsible for honoring performance agreements; venues are responsible for providing safe, compliant spaces.

- Third-Party Services: CW is not liable for errors or issues caused by third-party platforms (payment processors, ticket delivery services, etc.).

Insurance Coverage CW Talent Group™ maintains active business insurance policies designed to protect artists, venues, and promoters engaged in CW-managed events. This includes:

- General Liability Insurance — covering accidents, bodily injury, or property damage at CW-managed events.

- Professional Liability Insurance — covering negligence claims, professional errors, or event planning/ticketing errors. This includes safeguards for:

- Ticketing Errors: Protection in the event of ticketing system malfunctions, overselling, or other administrative errors.

- Data Retention Policy: CW does not retain customer or client personal information longer than two (2) years unless legally required. After this period, information is securely deleted or anonymized.

- Additional Coverage — certain events may be insured under excess or event-specific policies as required by promoters or venues.

**CW will provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) upon request for verified partners (artists, venues, promoters).**

- All CW Talent Group™ tours featuring Verified Artists™ and Verified Venues™ will be covered under CW’s active insurance policies. Liability for such events, including tour planning and management, will fall under CW Talent Group’s responsibility unless otherwise stated in writing. Verified partners can request Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for their records.

Insurance Coverage – Additional Note

For certain large-scale or high-capacity events, additional or specialized insurance may be required. In such cases:

- CW Talent Group™ will coordinate coverage as needed, but the venue or promoter is responsible for the cost of any additional insurance premium.

- Certificates of Insurance (COIs) will reflect the extended coverage once payment is confirmed.

- CW reserves the right to decline events where adequate insurance requirements cannot be met.
