Insurance & Risk Management

At CW Talent Group™, we believe in creating safe, reliable, and professional environments for artists, venues, promoters, and fans. To protect all parties, CW maintains active business insurance policies and professional safeguards. Below you will find a breakdown of our insurance coverage and risk management practices.

General Liability Insurance

- Covers bodily injury, property damage, or accidents occurring at CW-managed or CW-ticketed events.

- Provides protection for both artists and venues during live performances and promotional events.

- Meets or exceeds standard venue requirements for liability coverage.

Professional Liability Insurance

- Protects against negligence claims, professional errors, or omissions in tour planning, booking, or event management.

- Ticketing Errors Covered: Includes coverage for ticketing mistakes such as overselling, scanning issues, or administrative mishandling.

- Data Retention & Privacy Safeguards: CW does not keep customer or client personal information for longer than two (2) years, unless legally required. **After the retention period, all information is securely deleted or anonymized. **

- Ensures CW remains accountable and transparent while protecting partners from administrative risks.

Event-Specific & Excess Coverage

- Certain large-scale or high-capacity events may be insured under additional policies.

- CW will provide excess or event-specific coverage if required by a promoter, venue, or tour contract.

**Certificates of Insurance (COIs) are available upon request for verified partners.**

- CW Talent Group™ tours involving Verified Artists™ and Verified Venues™ are insured under CW’s active liability and professional policies. CW assumes responsibility for providing the appropriate coverage for these tours. If additional insurance is required due to venue size, location, or promoter contract terms, the associated premium shall be paid by the requesting venue or promoter.

Risk Management Practices

- Safety First: CW collaborates with venues to ensure safe audience management, emergency planning, and compliance with local regulations.

- Vendor Vetting: Third-party services (payment processors, ticketing platforms, etc.) are selected based on compliance and security standards.

- Data Security: All ticketing and client data is encrypted and managed through verified platforms such as Stripe, Square, and PassKit.

- Compliance: CW policies are reviewed regularly to align with industry best practices and legal standards.

Insurance Coverage – Additional Note

For certain large-scale or high-capacity events, additional or specialized insurance may be required. In such cases:

- CW Talent Group™ will coordinate coverage as needed, but the venue or promoter is responsible for the cost of any additional insurance premium.

- Certificates of Insurance (COIs) will reflect the extended coverage once payment is confirmed.

- CW reserves the right to decline events where adequate insurance requirements cannot be met.
