When submitting your Venue Application, please include the following details so our team can fully understand your space, history, and goals:

Venue Identity

• - Venue Name (as you want it publicly listed)
• - Address & City
• - Capacity Range (standing/seated if applicable)
• - Venue Type (club, theater, hall, multipurpose, etc.)
• - Your Mission & Vision (what your venue stands for in the live scene)

History & Proof of Activity

• - Past Event History (recent shows, genres you regularly host)
• - Notable Artists/Events Hosted (if applicable)
• - Regular Programming (weekly/monthly series, residencies, community events)
• - Upcoming Booked Shows (if any)

Technical & Professional Readiness

• - Production Capabilities (PA system, lighting, stage setup)
• - Stage Plot/Tech Specs (if available, attach PDF)
• - Team Contacts (booking manager, production lead, marketing lead)
• - Ticketing Systems Used (if you’ve worked with legacy platforms before)

Growth & Collaboration Potential

• - Community Role (how you connect with your city/scene)
• - Partnership Goals (why you want to join CW’s Verified Network)

3. Intro Call — A short Zoom conversation to discuss your operations, goals, and integration into CWTix™.
4. Onboarding — If selected, your venue joins the CW Verified Venue network with access to ticketing, artist routing, and growth tools.
