What to Include in Your Application Email

When submitting your Tech Team Application, please include the following so our team can fully understand your expertise, past work, and how you can support CW’s vision:

Personal & Professional Details

• - Full Name
• - Role Applying For (Webflow Developer, Glide App Builder, SuiteDash Specialist, Automation Engineer, etc.)
• - Portfolio or GitHub (links to live projects, repositories, or client sites)
• - Resume or CV (PDF or link)

Proof of Skills & Experience

• - Relevant Projects (describe 2–3 similar projects you’ve worked on)
• - Tech Stack Proficiency (Webflow, Glide, PassKit, Zapier, Airtable, SuiteDash, Stripe, Square, etc.)
• - Industry Knowledge (any work with music, ticketing, or events is a plus)
• - Problem-Solving Example (brief explanation of a technical challenge you solved)

Growth & Collaboration

• - Why CW? (what excites you about working on artist-first tech)
• - Availability (hours per week, preferred time zones, contract/freelance basis)
• - Rates/Compensation Expectations
• - Team Experience (any history collaborating on cross-functional teams)

Application & Interview Process

1. Application Submission — Send your email application with all required materials.
2. Review — Our team evaluates your technical fit, past work quality, and alignment with CW’s ecosystem needs.
3. Intro Call — A short Zoom interview to discuss your skills, working style, and experience.
4. Trial Project — Selected applicants may be invited to complete a small paid test task to demonstrate real-world capability.
5. Onboarding — Successful hires are onboarded into CW’s Tech Team with access to project dashboards, communication tools, and defined scopes of work.
