What to Include in Your Application Email

When submitting your Collaborator/Freelancer Application, please include the following so our team can understand your skills, past work, and how you want to contribute to CW’s journey:

Personal & Professional Details

• - Role/Area of Expertise (e.g., Photographer, Graphic Designer, Marketing, Social Media, Tour Manager, Writer, Videographer, etc.)
• - Portfolio/Examples of Work (link to website, Behance, IG, YouTube, etc.)
• - Resume or Work History (PDF or link)

Skills & Proof of Experience

• - Past Projects (share 1–3 examples relevant to live events, artists, or creative industries)
• - Unique Value (what you bring that helps artists/venues thrive)
• - Specialties (touring support, branding, content creation, PR, etc.)
• - Problem-Solving Example (tell us about a challenge you solved on a past project)

Growth & Collaboration

• - Why CW? (why you want to join the movement, what excites you about our mission)
• - Availability (hours, freelance capacity, project-based or retainer interest)
• - Rates/Compensation Expectations
• - Collaboration Style (how you prefer to work with teams/artists)

📝 Application & Selection Process

1. Application Submission — Send in your Collaborator/Freelancer Application with all requested materials.
2. Review — Our team evaluates your skills, portfolio, and fit within CW’s network.
3. Intro Call — Short Zoom session to learn about your work style, experience, and how you’d like to contribute.
4. Trial/First Collaboration — Some applicants may be invited to work on a small paid test project or event.
5. Onboarding — If selected, you’ll be added to the CW Collaborator Network and connected with upcoming opportunities.

Please allow up to 2–3 weeks for review. If we need additional details, we’ll reach out directly.
